  • Water/ Ice play helps kids to explore and develop their eye hand cordination. Water play also encourages language skills – while they are playing they are surrounded by rich language – either by talking or listening.

Cardboard boxes would have to be kids’ ones of the most favourite ‘toy’ for children to play with as they are an open-ended material. They inspire creativity and imagination as children transform and reinvent them into something else. It could be exploring imaginary places such as turning the box into an imaginary item such as a pirate ship or castle, the ideas are endless.

We at Little Wonders provide kids with ample of opportunities for kids to play with a cardboard box using items such as stickers, stamps and writing implements to play and create with in an unstructured way. This helps in raising kids’ imagination for example- from a cubby house to an airplane flying around the world in imaginative games.
